Jerry Tucker is a PGA Master Professional, a top 100 teacher and
a part-time Senior PGA Tour player. He was formerly head golf professional
at Bellerive C.C. in St. Louis, Missouri, and served as the host
pro for the 1992 PGA Championship.
He won various awards in the Gateway PGA, including Professional
of the Year, Player of the Year and Teacher of the Year. He also
served on the PGA of America National Rules Committee for seven
years. Jerry and his wife Susan now live in Stuart, Florida where
he writes, researches, teaches, practices and plays. In 1999, Jerry
won the PGA of America Match Play Championship, and in 2000 was
the South Florida PGA Senior Player of the Year. He is the leading
money winner on the Retired.com Senior Tour. He has given his Tucker
Short Game Test to more than 100 golf pros, including Bruce Fleisher,
Lee Trevino, Bob Charles, Tony Jacklin, Glen Day, Trevor Dodds,
Jay Delsing and Jay Williamson. He has spoken at the PGA Coaching
and Teaching Summit and served as an instructor at numerous PGA
Business Schools.
